CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION

Stephen Collier and Savanah Cox recently published an article on climate change governance in three U.S. cities: New Orleans, New York and Greater Miami.  The paper investigates how insurance has become "increasingly central to the constitution of climate change as a public problem."  The article can be found at:
