Topics examine such things as strategies/approaches to confront ‘messes’ where there are ill-defined problems that are ill-structured and unbounded, ‘mindfulness’ where one is always on the lookout for things that are outside the ‘expected’ and organizational capacity exists (or does not exist) to interactively manage back to ‘expected,’ and avoiding E3 errors (solving the wrong problem precisely).
