Ways to Get Involved
There are a number of opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students to actively get involved with this exciting research. Here are a few examples:
RESIN offers a number of undergraduate and graduate level courses at the University of California, Berkeley. These courses offer students the opportunity to learn first hand the concepts, methods, and tools being deployed for RESIN. Students often are given the opportunity to contribute to the RESIN research study through the completion of course projects where they are mentored by a RESIN senior investigator.
A limited number of research positions are available and interested students should contact the Principal Investigator, Professor Bob Bea directly. Most RESIN undergraduate student researchers join the project through the UC Berkeley NERDS program, while most graduate students join following their participation in a RESIN graduate course.
Last, one of the best ways to get involved in future RESIN events and activities is by joining the RESIN listserve. Here you will be notified of special RESIN seminars, workshops, lectures, and experiments.
